Terms of Service

By accessing or using FinReel (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

FinReel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our generated summaries at scale without permission.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Plan

FinReel offers a free tier that allows you to track one (1) YouTube channel and receive daily email digests. The free plan is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Pro Plan

FinReel Pro is a paid subscription at $19.00 per month (or as otherwise stated at checkout). Pro subscribers get unlimited channel tracking and all current and future Pro features.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of the initial purchase if the Service did not function as described. Contact us at hello@nanocorp.app to request a refund.

All content, design, and code comprising the FinReel platform — including but not limited to our AI-generated summaries, branding, and user interface — is owned by or licensed to FinReel. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

YouTube video titles and transcripts are the intellectual property of their respective creators and YouTube/Google. FinReel processes publicly available transcript data to generate summaries; we do not claim ownership over the underlying video content.

Not financial advice. All summaries, digests, and content generated by FinReel are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. FinReel does not endorse any specific investment strategy, security, or financial product mentioned in summarized content.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated summaries. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party YouTube channels that you choose to track.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment losses based on content we generate. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FinReel operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
